How to make crème puff recipe:

  1. In the first step, make sure to preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Now, let’s start with separating the egg and stir the white egg and cream of tartar in a hand mixer till you have stiff peaks. Take a bowl and shift the whipped egg into it.
  3. In the next step, clean your hand mixer and add egg yolk, cream cheese, and the first amount of stevia. Blend it till you have a smooth yellow batter.
  4. Now carefully, we have to fold the egg whites into the egg yolk batter and then shift the batter to a piping bag with the corner cut off. We have to pipe a minimum of 10 puffs on the sheet tray.
